Ranchi: With summer vacation around the corner, schools across the city are gearing up to host a variety of engaging summer camps aimed at offering students a unique mix of fun, creativity, and learning.
These camps will act as a platform for students to explore their interests, discover new hobbies, and interact with peers in a lively environment.
The camps will feature a wide range of activities, including sports, art, craft, music, robotics, yoga, astronomy, and educational games, allowing children to gain hands-on experiences beyond their textbooks. While some schools are keeping their camps open to all children, others are limiting participation to their own students.
DAV Public School will organise a free summer camp from May 13 to May 23 for Classes VII to IX. At Anuragam Play School, a colourful and fun-filled camp is scheduled from May 13 to 18, open to both enrolled and outside students. Activities like pool parties, fireless cooking, a magic show, art and craft sessions, and yoga will keep the young ones entertained and engaged. At Mother's Treasure (J) School, children aged between 3 and 12, including outsiders, will be engaged in activities like pool day, yoga, dance, art, games, quiz competitions, and fireless cooking from May 19 to 25.
Sarala Birla School has planned a well-rounded camp for Classes IV to VIII from May 12 to 17, including sessions on dance, robotics, astronomy, painting, and yoga.
Firayalal Public School will host its summer camp from May 14 to 16 for Classes III to V, featuring engaging activities such as Zumba, pottery, tie and dye, art and craft, yoga, and a talent hunt, led by expert instructors.
