The TV also allows shoppers who enjoy satellite TV to stream all their favourite shows and channels without needing to connect to annoying wires because it connects to Wi-Fi.
And Sky is offering shoppers a way to pay for the device for £6 a month. The deal right here comes with a 4K TV and Sky Glass Air comes with a Sky TV package inside - so there's no need for a dish or box. One thing that's important to note is that shoppers will have to pay £21 a month including the TV and Sky TV subscription.
There are alternatives to consider picking up. TV-wise, Hisense has a great sale on this 55-inch 4K TV from Amazon. It comes with a UHD 4K TV and glowing reviews from shoppers at a discounted price of £279.99
There's also Virgin Media for Brits in the market for a new TV package. The TV specialists are offering packages from£28.99 a month for 125mb broadband and 150+ channels with its Flex package.
Review-wise, What Hi-Fi has a great rundown of the device here, including its pros and cons. It reports: "Generally speaking, the Sky Glass Air seems pretty respectable for the price, with a detailed and colourful image that can deliver punch when required. The brake lights on the F1 cars, for instance, appeared fairly bright and clear, while a hovering bee in David Attenborough's nature documentary looked crisp."
However, early testing did find that the sound was lacking. They added: "The sound is where the biggest cutback appears to have been made compared with the full-fat Glass TV. It's a noticeable downgrade, with the TV delivering a thinner and less atmospheric sound overall, but it does a solid job of prioritising clear vocals."
