Regatta's £60 'best waterproof jacket' for gardening and dog walks 'easily wipes clean'

The weather has well and truly taken a turn, with many parts of the UK experiencing windy and wet conditions. Outdoor brand Regatta have a number of outerwear options that combine style with real performance and there's one coat in particular that has racked up a loyal fan base. The Women's Romine II Waterproof Parka Jacket is currently 50% off, retailing for £60 in nine trendy colours, including navy blue, khaki, burgundy and grey.

There are a multitude of features that have led to this item being hailed 'the best jacket I've ever bought', from 'value for money' to the 'very cosy' design and 'great protection from the wind and rain'.

The Romine is made from waterproof and breathable Isotex 10000 coated polyester fabric, allowing the wearer to stay warm and dry, without feeling uncomfortable and overheating. One person confirmed the coat's weather-proof abilities, stating: "Warm, comfortable and is waterproof in a storm. Totally recommend. So good I bought another to wear while looking after my horses."

Providing warmth without the bulk, the coat utilises Thermoguard technology with quick dry fibre insulation that traps air. The Regatta coat comes in sizes 8 to 26, however, some feedback states 'it's smaller than expected', so shoppers may wish to size up.
