Meghan Markle's Netflix show "With Love, Meghan" released its second season today, giving fans of the Duchess of Sussex further insight into her love of hosting and cooking. While Meghan wasn't joined by her husband Prince Harry, or their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet in any of the episodes, she spoke about her family a number of times.
As well as talking about meals they enjoy as a family, favourite colours and so on, Meghan, 44, also shared one question her four-year-old daughter Lilibet asks her. When talking about breakfast meals with Queer Eye star Tan France in the third episode, Meghan reveals that she cooks breakfast for her family.
She said that one of the food items she likes to make for Archie, six, and Lilibet, four, is "surprise pancakes".
The duchess then revealed her four-year-old daughter often asks her to put chia seeds in it - a request probably shared by few her age.
Meghan said: "But I like to do surprise pancakes for the kids, so I always put some ground flax seeds or some chia seeds in.
"Lili will ask me, 'Can I have my chia seeds? I want it to have freckles.'"
Meghan said that as well as pancakes, her family also tend to have hot breakfasts.

Season two of Meghan's Netflix series aired on August 26 - months after the first season hit TV screens in March.
The duchess has been joined by a number of well-known people for these eight new episodes, including Chrissy Teigen, David Chang, Samin Nosrat, Christina Tosi and Clare Smyth.
Although filmed in Montecito, the show is not filmed at the family home, and is instead filmed at a rental property just a short drive away.
Meghan had previously revealed that this was to enable normality and routine at the family's sprawling Montecito estate.
