Prince Harry could be among the attendees set to be at Peter Phillips' upcoming wedding to Harriet Sperling. With the exciting announcement only revealed last week, no further details have yet been made in regards to the wedding day - including the date and location.

As Princess Anne's only son, Peter - who was the late Queen's eldest grandchild - is Harry's cousin. On August 1, a statement issued for the couple by Gerard Franklin, read: "Mr Peter Phillips, the son of HRH The Princess Royal and Captain Mark Phillips and Ms Harriet Sperling, daughter of the late Mr Rupert Sanders and Mrs Mary Sanders of Gloucestershire, have today confirmed their official engagement."

In a poll conducted by the Express, which ran between 12.40pm on August 5 and 12.15pm on August 6, readers were asked whether they think Harry should travel from California to attend his cousin's special day.

Of the 4,859 total votes, a staggering 4,387 readers [90 percent] voted that Harry should remain in the US and skip Peter and Harriet's wedding.

Voting that they think Harry should be present to support his cousin, 373 readers [eight percent] shared that he should travel to join the special family occasion. In contrast, 99 readers [two percent] voted that they were undecided on what Harry should do for the pending event.

Taking to the comment section, one fan wrote: "Why would they even invite him, as it is a second wedding and Peter does not seem to be a person who hogs they limelight if I were them I would not want these two at my wedding, taking over the show all the time."

Another wrote: "Does Peter and his fiance want the media circus that follows Harry and Meghan to overshadow their wedding? I doubt it?"

Also sharing that they don't think Harry should be present, another wrote: 'Harry should not even be invited."

Sharing their vote, another commented: "I would think it rather depends on whether or not he is invited."

A few readers also questioned whether Harriet has ever Harry, with one fan commenting: "That depends on whether he gets an invite. Don't think he will though as Peter's bride has not met [Harry] and, she who's to be obeyed, will not show her face if she's got any sense."
