M60 traffic LIVE: Major UK motorway closed after 'police incident'

A stretch of the M60 has been closed by police following an incident. The road in Greater Manchester is closed in both directions between J11 (Eccles) and J12 (M602).

National Highways said its officers are on their way to the scene. A diversion route it is in place and motorists are warned to expect delays.
