Little Disasters release date, cast and episodes for Paramount Plus's twisty thriller

The upcoming Paramount Plus thriller, Little Disasters, delves into the decade-long friendship of four expectant mothers. The plot thickens when Jess, a stay-at-home mum, rushes her baby daughter to the hospital with an unexplained head injury, leaving her friend and A&E doctor Liz in a quandary.

Should she trust her best friend or alert social services? One phone call from Liz triggers a series of events that threaten to shatter their families and friendships.

As the spectre of police and social services looms, Jess' idyllic life begins to crumble. Her friends, Mel and Charlotte, also find themselves embroiled in the investigation.
