Many celebrities have outright refused to take part in BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, and Gordon Ramsay has now joined that list. The celebrity chef, 58, humorously explained that with his large size 15 feet combined with the challenge of wearing tight leotards and performing choreographed dances, he simply wouldn't be able to pull off dancing live on TV. Despite being invited to appear on the show since its inception, the TV star remains a firm "no."
He admitted the last time he danced, it was so awkward people thought he was "having a stroke". The dad-of-six is even concerned about performing a dance with his daughter, Holly, at her wedding, so the idea of doing Strictly is completely out of the question for him. The presenter declared: "Guys, seriously, let's get one thing absolutely f*****g clear, shall we? Let me just show you something. Very quickly. Size 15ft. And then imagine those next to those. And then just think for a moment on that Saturday night spray tan. Well you have to get into those leotards, right?
"Stay calm downstairs, act normal and dance for two minutes in front of 10 million people. No f*****g way. The last time I had a dance on a dance floor, someone thought I was having a stroke. I'm gearing up for our daughter's wedding at the end of the year, and I'm absolutely shitting myself because I have to do the dance with Holly.
"So how the f**k do these canoes get anywhere near a dance floor? So me doing strictly. I've been asked every year for the last 20 years. I keep that for, you know, the James Martin's of this world and the real chefs that have more time in their fucking hands than I do to dance on a Saturday night in front of 10 million blue rinse brigade watchers. F**k off. Perfect."
He added to : "Let's get those shoes back on, shall we? Yes, yes, yes. Let's get rid of these size 15. This goes straight back in my wardrobe. Yeah. There you go."

He's not the only one that feels this way as Queen Camilla's son recently explained why he will never compete in the BBC competition.
Speaking on Alan Titchmarsh's programme Love Your Weekend, Tom Parker said that it "would never happen".
He then went on to explain that the real reason for this is his two children Lola, 18, and Freddy, 15.
He said: "My two children are embarrassed enough about my dad dancing at parties. The idea of me getting into sequins and sort of running like that... no! So it's not true, and would never happen. Great show, obviously, but not for me."
