Bengaluru: The resident of the city have been enjoying cool weather over the past few days. The city is set to experience moderate to heavy rainfall on July 23, 2025. Cloudy skies are also expected in the city which is expected to remain same throughout the day.
The city woke up at 06: 03 AM. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to be around 20 degrees Celsius and 24 degrees Celsius, respectively. The city is expected to witness the sunset at 06: 49 PM. The weather department said that rain and cloudy skies will keep the temperatures mild and pleasant in the city.

KSNDMC shared a weather report on X
Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC) shared a weather report on X (formerly Twitter) for seven days and wrote,
"Scattered moderate rain is likely in coastal and hilly districts of the state, with scattered heavy to very heavy rain. Scattered to widespread light to moderate rain and heavy at isolated places till July 26 in interior districts."
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD the rainfall is likely to be accompanied by strong surface winds, thunderstorms, and lightning. Scattered heavy rainfall is predicted in isolated regions of the state. The rainfall is likely to be accompanied by gusty winds. A yellow alert has been issued in coastal areas, North Interior Karnataka, and South Interior Karnataka.

IMD advisory
Humidity levels may hover around 93 per cent, making the air feel damp, especially after rainfall. If you plan to step out, it's advisable to carry an umbrella or raincoat, as sudden rain showers are common. The weather department also advised residents and fishermen to avoid venturing in sea or water bodies.
