New Delhi: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation ( DMRC) has awarded a € 42.09 million (approximately Rs 420-430 crore) maintenance contract to Alstom India. The decade long contract includes comprehensive annual maintenance of trains, machinery, plant systems, and housekeeping at Badli Depot, an Alstom statement said.
This contract is for Bombardier-make metro trains, associated machines and plants, as well as housekeeping services for both the trains and the Badli Depot.
The scope of work also includes scheduled and corrective maintenance of trains, maintenance of depot-based machinery and plant systems, and overall housekeeping services for both the trains and the depot at Badli.
